| 物流企业是专门为企业客户提供原材料、在产品、产成品一体化物流服务的企业。物流企业管理的核心在于成本控制。目前我国的物流企业正处于起步与发展阶段，资金相对短缺，企业实力也相对薄弱。要想在市场竞争中取得优势地位和长远发展，企业就必须建立适合自身发展特点的成本控制体系。本文的目的旨在加强物流企业成本控制，降低物流企业成本，提高物流企业的经济效益。本文针对物流企业普遍存在的成本费用失控问题，从分析物流企业成本的构成因素和作业流程入手，对物流企业的成本进行了科学的分类，提出了通过运用现代信息技术，实施更具效率化的配送和供应链管理等措施和物流成本的局部控制和综合控制手段，降低物流企业的成本，提高物流企业的效益。 ABSTRACT Logistics enterprises are dedicated to provide raw material, products, finished products integrated logistics services business for corporate customers. Logistics management lies in cost control. At present, the domestic logistics enterprises are in developing stage, and they are all facing the problem of lack of funds and high cost in operation. If they want to get more advance and longer development, a cost control system suitable for their business to control cost and expense seems requisite. Logistics enterprises are service industries; it appears that the indirect cost is much higher than the direct cost in the logistics enterprises. This makes the cost of logistics enterprises in management can not precede. The purpose of this paper aimed at strengthening the logistics enterprises in cost control and reducing costs and improving the economic efficiency of logistics enterprises.
