摘 要 本课题的目的是开发基于LabWindows/CVI的温度过程控制平台。目前由于实验仪器的缺乏,许多过程控制的实验只能由老师讲述而学生却不能真正动手做,这样学习效果就比较差,现在有了这个实验平台,同学们就可以很轻松的掌握实验本身的内容。 本文首先介绍了温度过程控制系统的基本组成和结构,PCL-812PG数据采集卡的硬件结构和基本性能;编制了C语言的数据采样、输出程序,解决了VC环境下对数据卡的读、写操作;介绍了基于LabWindows/CVI5.5的监测平台的总体框架,并通过调用软件自带的定时器控件,周期性的执行数据采样、控制量计算、控制量输出、绘图等子模块,实现了系统所期望的基本功能;分析了模糊控制控制器的原理并讨论了其设计过程;最后详细解释了LabWindows/CVI与MATLAB的应用接口方式,并逐步描述其实现过程。 经实验测试,系统运行稳定,可以达到很好的控制效果,其中比较创新的一点是使用者可以根据需要或者根据自己的经验随时改变模糊规则表。

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to establish a temperature process control platform based on LabWindows/CVI. presently, as the shortage of experiment equipment, many process control experiments are only taught by teachers. Well, students can't do by themselves. And the study effect is very bad. Now having the experiment platform ,wo can master the content of the experiment easily. This paper introduces basic structure of the temperature process control system, the hardware and the basic performance of PCL-812PG data collection card first. Then it writes formality of the data collection and output based on C language, solving the problem of reading and writing card under VC environment. This paper also introduces total structure of the watching platform about LabWindows/CVI5.5.The platform can periodicity do data collection, control quantum computing, control quantum output and plotting by transferring the timer widget and it realizes basic function of system's expectation.
