摘 要
本文分章主要论述了以下几个方面的内容:第一章,国内外磁刺激研究的现状与成果;第二章,神经电生理理论;第三章 ,电磁理论;第四章,磁刺激中磁线圈磁场特性仿真基于MATLAB的GUI界面的编制;第五章,磁线圈磁场分布与定位;第六章,磁线圈感应电场的无量纲化的分析和定位;第七章,总结与展望。 本课题的主要任务是完成磁刺激系统中磁线圈磁场特性及感应电场仿真基于MATLAB的GUI界面编制, 本文在阐明磁刺激基本原理后,建立了磁刺激可兴奋性组织的宏观模型。系统地推导出圆形、8字形线圈磁场及产生的感应电场的计算方法。在确定了一些无量纲参数后,对磁场及感应电场的分布函数进行无量纲化,并用于基于MATLAB环境下圆形、8字形线圈磁场及产生的感应电场的计算及其分布的计算机仿真。通过计算机仿真可以分析决定刺激聚焦和刺激深度的因素,确定了设计合理磁刺激线圈和可以使刺激效果和磁刺激的装置都得到优化的依据。

ABSTRACT This article mainly discusses these contents as follows divided by chapter: chapter 1: the status quo and harvest of magnetic stimulation research at home and abroad, chapter 2: the principles of the nerve electrical physiology, chapter 3: the principles of electromagnetism, chapter 4: the computer simulation of spatial distribution of the magnetic coil’s magnetic field in magnetic stimulation based on MATLAB GUI interface, chapter 5: the spatial distribution and orientation of the magnetic coil’s magnetic field, chapter 6: dimensionless analysis and orientation of electric field induced by magnetic coil, chapter 7: summarize and prospect. The mostly assignment of this task is the accomplishment of computer simulation of magnetic field and electric field induced by magnetic coil in magnetic stimulation system based on MATLAB GUI interface. Having elucidated the principles of magnetic stimulation, a macro model of magnetic stimulation of excitable tissue is constructed and a method for systematically computing the无忧论文 【http://www.uklunwen.com】 magnetic field and the electric field induced by circular coil and 8-shaped coil is put forward. Having introduced a set of dimensionless parameters, the spatial distributive function of the magnetic field and the induced electric field is made dimensionless and is applied to the computation and computer simulation of spatial distribution of the magnetic field and the electric field induced by a circular coil and a 8-shaped coil based on MATLAB. Through computer simulation, we can analyze and determine the factors influencing magnetic stimulating concentration and depth are the principles for designing a reasonable coil and stimulator and achieving effective stimulation are identified.
