摘 要
本毕业论文的课题来源于控制系于大冶铁矿球团厂合作的大型科研项目“大冶球团厂自动化改造项目”，本论文的课题就是其中的一个子课题“制气工段的仪表系统改造及其软件实现”。在全面分析了制气工段工艺流程、硬件设备及其连接后，发现该工段的仪表系统存在许多值得改进的地方，例如该工段显示仪表众多，管理和维护困难；数据报表由现场工作人员定时抄填，报表的可靠性差，难于对生产提供指导；而且该工段自动化程度较低。
针对以上这些问题，本论文提出了增强仪表系统自动化程度的改造方案，重建了该工段仪表系统，并介绍了为实现这一改造而编写的上下位机软件的开发思想、开发步骤以及软件完成的各项功能。

Abstract
The task of my thesis originated from “the automatization reconstruct of Da Ye iron ore factory”, a large scientific research project cooperated with Da Ye iron ore factory and my task of thesis , which is a part of this project , is “the automatization reconstruct in workshop section of making gas” . After generally analyzing the industrial flow and the configuration of the hardware system, we find something that we can make progress in, such as it is hard to manage and maintain so many instruments ; the data report is recorded by workers on the spot timely ,so the data report provides little guidance to the manufacture ;the level of automatization in this workshop section is low .
To solve these problems, this thesis advances many reasonable proposals to improve the level of automatization in this workshop section and reconstruct the instrument system .Also ,this thesis introduces something about the software which is written to achieve the system rebuilding ,including the thinking and step to write this software as well as variant function the soft can work.
