摘要 网络控制系统的发展,对网络本身的性能要求逐渐提高,现场总线作为目前应用广泛的网络控制技术,以其良好的网络控制性能,在工业底层控制领域发挥了重要作用。 然而,现场总线也有着很多的不利因素,标准过多,不易与Internet连接等都是其在工业控制领域发展的障碍。同时,以太网在多年的应用发展中,表现出良好的网络性能。以太网以其特有的优势,对工业控制网络有着巨大的吸引力。如果能将以太网应用于工业底层控制,对将来的工业控制将是一次重大的革新。事实上,以太网已经在工业控制网络有所应用。 以太网最初是为办公环境设计的,应用到工业底层控制领域,需要做很多工作。如修改和更新旧的以太网协议,提高以太网硬件设备的标准,改进以太网的通信方式等。 通过研究和分析以太网的性能,评价以太网应用于工业底层控制领域的情况。主要模拟以太网在控制环境中的数据传输,测试其网络性能。通过编制VC程序,使用局域网环境,模拟数据包传输,测试性能数据,按照网络性能的评价方法,记录和计算性能数据。通过对测试的数据分析,对以太网应用于工业控制做一个评价,并给出以太网应用于控制领域的一些性能数据。

Abstract With the development of network control system (NCS), it needs the network performance to improve more. At present, field bus which is a network control technology used widely in the industry plays an important role in the industrial bottom control by its good performance of network control. But field bus also have some disadvantages, having too more standards, not so easy to connect to Internet and so on, these disadvantages are all obstacles to its development in the indusrtial control. At the same time, Ethernet represents a good performance by the application and development of many years. Ethernet has its own advantages, and have a strongly attract to the industrial control network. If we use Ethernet in the industrial bottom control, it will be an important revolution to the industrial control technique.In fact, Ethernet have been uesed in the NCS already. Simulating data transmission of Ethernet in the control environment, test the performance of network. By writing VC programme, using LAN environment, simulating the data packets transmission, test the network performance. According to the evaluating methods of performance,record and calculate the performance data. By analyzing the data of test,give an evaluation of Ethernet to use in industrial control,and also giving some performance data of Ethernet using in industrial control.
