基于PLC工业水处理控制系统硬件设计
摘 要
针对工业循环水的处理问题，防止工业循环水对生产设备的腐蚀、结垢和水中微生物的生长，开发研制了工业循环水加药控制系统。本文描述了该控制系统的设计，此系统由三部分组成，即工控计算机、可编程控制器（PLC）、检测仪表，根据技术指标选择上位机、下位机以及现场仪表。上位机采用了研华工控机IPC610/PⅢ，实现控制过程的管理和监控任务，应用程序采用组态王软件实现，下位机选用SIEMENS S7-300 可编程控制器实现现场的检测与控制，对下位机输入输出模板的功能、使用作了详细的说明，现场的信号如PH值、电导率、温度、流量、氧化还原电路及液位，由相应的仪表200PH，200CR以及工厂中现场的温度变送器、流量变送器及液位变送器的仪表提供给PLC，进行数据采集和各种药品的投加控制，控制药剂的投加采用了多种控制方案。同时配有控制系统的硬件构成图，控制系统个硬件的功能介绍和输入输出模块的端子接线图。文中对工业循环水加药控制系统的其它方面也作了简要的介绍，系统的工艺流程图、主要设备。系统主要的技术指标。本系统的硬件配置，充分考虑了工业现场的实际效果，具有安全可靠、功能完善、操作简单等优点。

Abstract
For the problem of the disposal of the industrial circulating water and multifarious infections binging by the industrial circulating water on the procreative equipments such as canker、dirt、the propagate of the animalcule in the water,we develop a medicament -accession control system .This paper presents the desingn of the control system.It is composed of three parts, the industrial control computer、the PLC and the detectability meter,we can select the epigynous computer、the hypogynous computer and the spot meter based on technical offense.we use the industrial control computer called the IPC610/PⅢ that made of ADVANTECH for the epigynous computer to realize the task of management and watch in the course of control,and the application program is realized by the software of zu tai wang ,the SIEMENS S7-300 is selected to realize the detect and the control in the spot.The function and the use of in-out of the hypogynous computer i无忧论文 【http://www.uklunwen.com】s introduced particular,the signals such as PH 、CON、temperature、flux、ORP、circuit level and liquid level are carried to the PLC by the corresponding meter 200PH and 200CR and temperature sensor、flux sensor and liquid level sensor which are in the spot in factory ,then collect the data and control the medicament accession, the medicament accession use manifold control blue print.There are the hardware control system configurable picture、introduction and the connection picture of in-out templet.In this paper we also introduce otherwise of the control system simply, technics flow chart of the control system and the main equipment. Main technical guide line of the system . The hardware collocate which consider the actual effect fully in the industrial spot have such excellence as on the safe side、simple function and easy operate.
