Summary
In this global economy time, it is known that business etiquette plays a great important and significant role in international communication process. Under different cultural background, there might be different Business Etiquettes. In the international communication process, sometimes there might be ethical conflicts since offending another culture’s business etiquettes or not noticing them. Of course these conflicts would lead the business process walking into bankruptcy. So what is the business etiquette? What are its main manifestations? Are there any special concepts or principles for it in the practical process? In the present world, how many different types of cultures there are? What are they and under each cultural background, what their business etiquettes are? Comparing them with Chinese business etiquette, are there any differences and sameness? How can we utilize different business etiquette to promote Business Communication? All of these questions would be answered with vividly cases and critical theories in this paper. For answering these questions, case approach and qualitative approach would be used as two main reasoning methods. With the strong supporting of different cases,business english paper different business etiquette under different background could be detected clearly; with the qualitative approach, the definition, features, history and great important role of business etiquette can be understood. Even like this, since the limiting of the length, detail business etiquette under different cultural background could not be analyzed specific, which might affect the deep understanding about each culture’s business etiquette. This can be extended analyzed, studied and researched in the future studying process.
