On the institution constriction of Chinese transition of economy and society
1. Introduction
From the establishment of China to now, after more than 50years of temper, China has scored remarkable achievements, which are from nothing to something, from small to large, from weak to strong, growing in an all-around way and walking to the world. The world today is undergoing extensive and profound changes, and contemporary China is going through a wide-ranging and deep-going transformation. In 2007, the national economy has maintained steady and rapid development, which GDP was 24.6619 trillion, an increase of 11.4% year on the consumer price index (CPI) rose by 4.8 per cent. For urban residents per capita disposable income was 13,786 Yuan, an increase of 17.2 percent after deducting price factors, the actual growth was 12.2%. However, in the developing procession, the economy and society development reflected the superiority, but also expose a lot of problems in recent years. Now, he problems that relevant to our economy and society transition grip many notices. As Hu Jintao pointed out in the 17th National Congress,‘While recognizing our achievements, we must be well aware that they still fall short of the expectations of the people and that there are still quite a few difficulties and problems on our way forward. On the view of this situation, this article analyzes the current situation of Chinese economic growth and society issues, especially from the view of institution economics, and sums up the advantages and disadvantages of our transition. Linking the advanced experience of other countries, I give some suggestions in the future development of economy and society to our country and enterprises.
