[摘要]：
本文论述了四川省大渡河乐山市沙湾水电站的岩土工程勘察设计，由工程概况开始，对上、下坝址区河床地质条件分别进行了阐述，作出坝址的比较，根据钻探施工工区的地质条件及地质对钻孔的质量要求和技术要求，设计了主要钻探设备、钻进工艺和钻孔结构，还就质量保证和安全生产技术提出了相关的措施；在专题部分，论述了钻进中孔内事故的处理，对孔内事故的几种常见类型进行了分析，找出了孔内事故发生的原因，处理的方法以及提出了预防措施。

This text expound the fact Sichuan Province Dadu River Leshan city Shawan rock soil project of power station reconnoitre and design, from project begin overview,to on, go to there aren't riverbed geological condition of damsite district, make comparison of damsite , construct geological condition and between geology and quality requirement and specification requirement for holing of work area according to drilling, design main drilling equipment , creep into craft and hole the structure , put forward the relevant measure on quality is guaranteed and production technology safely; In the thematic part , have described the treatment of the accident in the hole while creeping into , has analysed several kinds of common types of the accident in the hole, have found out the reason happenning in accident in holes, the method to deal with and proposition precautionary measures.
