[摘要] 苏4-2井位于冀中平原北部，属于冀中坳陷文安斜坡苏桥油气田苏4潜山构造，是华北油田勘探的一口开发井。钻井目的是建天然气产能，落实储层、含油气面积、储量。
全文分为两个部分，第一部分为苏4-2井的工程设计，介绍了此井的全面设计，包括井身结构的确定，钻机设备的选择，钻井液及钻井参数的设计，井场的布置，油井压力控制，固井，完井，以及生产组织管理等；第二部分为防斜钻具组合设计的研究，首先分析了产生井斜的原因，而在影响井斜的诸项因素中，钻具原因可以人为的控制，在此方面人们进行了大量的研究，设计了许多防斜钻具组合，本文介绍了几种典型钻具组合的原理及操作要点和适用范围，接着针对苏4-2井的具体地层情况，提出了苏4-2井的钻具组合设计。
