[摘要] 结合烂泥沟矿区钻探实践，叙述了金刚石绳索取心钻进工艺及实际施工过程中应注意的一些问题，阐明了其先进，高效的特点以及对部分工艺的改进使金刚石绳索取心工艺更加具有适应性。本文分为二部分进行阐叙。第一部分是针对矿区的钻进工艺设计，第二部分是内管结垢的专题讨论。
第一部分主要针对钻进设备、钻进液、钻进方法、取心工艺、防斜措施等进行设计。结合在矿区实习的经验提出了在操作过程中应该注意的问题，以及怎样避免这些问题。
第二部分主要是针对内管结垢的问题进行讨论。针对施工过程中出现的这一问题讨论了其形成原因，以及怎样解决这一问题进行了阐叙。
