基于Web的CRM系统的UML建模和设计
摘要：CRM是企业管理和计算机技术相结合的产物。J2EE定义了标准的应用开发体系结构和部署环境。在这个体系结构中，开发者只需要关注业务逻辑，由包容器提供所有底层服务，降低了开发成本和维护成本、提高了开发效率。基于上述技术，本文提出下一种在J2EE的平台上快速高效开发CRM系统的方法：利用支持UML建模的RATIONAL ROSE对系统进行详尽的UML建模，在生成的J2EE/EJB的框架代码的基础上进行开发。

UML Modeling and Design for CRM System based on WEB
ABSTRACT：CRM is the combination of enterprise management and computer techniques, and is very important to make enterprises get competitive edge. J2EE is a kind of software development platform designed by SUN Microsystems Inc. for advanced enterprise CRM systems. Standard application development architectures and employment environment are defined in J2EE, equipped with which the developers need only concern with the business logics, and leave all the potential system services to containers or J2EE. Sequentially, more efficiency and less cost will be obtained at the process of development. Based above techniques, we propose a method using J2EE to develop CRM system rapidly and efficiently, i.e. use UML-support Rational Rose to model system first, J2EE/EJB framework codes will be generated as results, then develop further based these framework codes. This method fully materializes the ideas of modem software engineering.
