C630是一种传统型号的车床，目前在国民生产中占据着重大的地位。本次毕业设计，我的项目是制定C630普通车床尾架上体的加工工艺规程及其夹具设计，并通过此次设计，进一步熟悉工艺方案的制定原则和过程。
在这两个多月的毕业设计时间里，通过对零件的认真分析，我制定了一条比较令人满意的工艺路线。其中既有合理的选择原则，又有严格的数据计算。为我设计的工艺路线的实现提供了充份的理论依据。为了进一步了解零件的内部构造，我在指导老师的带领下，来到大连机床厂参观了C630机床尾座的加工过程。通过认真的参观和虚心的请教，我对一些先前疑惑的地方豁然开朗，这对我在设计刀具布置图和夹具图的时候提供了很多的参考价值。
为了更好的适应市场经济的形式，我们工艺人员也需要了解加工过程中的费用问题。就是如何用最少的钱做出最好的产品。通过此次模拟设计，我逐渐意识到了经济方案在工程中的重要性，这将对我在今后的工作中起到重要的作用。
总的来说，这次毕业设计让我受益匪浅，它是我大学四年所学知识的一个综合运用。让我把大学的知识全部贯穿了起来，是一个绝佳的复习过程。而且通过从对基础知识的运用到大型工程方案的设计，在我脑海里都形成了根深蒂固的印象。

Abstract

C630 is a lathe of a kind of traditional type. At present it occupies an important position in our country. My graduation project is that draws up the course of processing technology of C630 ordinary lathe and designs its clamping apparatus in order to understand the principle and the course step by step in designing the technology plan.
In the two months of making graduation project, through the careful analysis to the detail. I draw up a satisfying technology route. There are not only justified choice principle, but also exacting data calculation. All these provide enough theoretical basis for my design. To acquaint the inner structure of the detail preferable, under the teacher's leading, I go to the Dalian Machine Factory to visit the course of processing. Through the careful visit and the modest learning, I understand all incertitude previously. It provides a lot of reference values in designing cutlery arrangement drawing and the clamping apparatus assemble drawing.
To adapt to the situation of market economy better, our technology designer needs to know about consumption in processing also. It is how to produce better production by using less money. Through this kind of simulate design, I am aware of the importance of economic project in engine. It will provide great help for me in future.
In a word, the graduation project gives me a lot of help. It is a generalization exert with my knowledge of university. It relates my all courses of university, so it is a good chance for me to go over my knowledge. Through exerting the basic knowledge and designing large-scale engine project, I have been impressed by all of my knowledge deeply.
