ABSTRACT
In the LAMOST optical fiber positioning system, the veracity and the reliability
of seeking star is an undoubtedly important target. Meanwhile the precondition
of what the system can work smoothly is that the unit can work smoothly. The
two free degrees of the optical fiber positioning unit is controlled by the
step motor, by all appearances, as the driver the step motor's capability and
reliability is an important role in the control of the unit. It will straight
affect the work capability of the positioning unit. So it is necessary to research
the permanent magnet step motor earnestly.
In order to elevation the work capability of the optical fiber positioning unit,
the veracity and the betimes of the step motor's movement should be improved.
As a driver like the step motor, to elevation the two capability when the load
is fixedness, essentially the traction capability should be improved, thereinto
the torque of the step motor is the key.
The main work of this paper is to simulate the step motor with the computer
and test the electrocircuit of the step motor. Firstly make clear the configuration
of the permanent magnet step motor and upbuild the mathematic model. Secondly
analyse the mathematic model and find out the factors that affect the torque,
educe the optimize parameter of the system by the simulate analysis. Finally
test the electrocircuit of the step motor, gained the actual parameter-capability
data, simultaneously validate the result of the simulate analysis.
