摘要
目的：改进大鼠胰十二指肠移植动物模型，控制失血性休克的发生，增加术后成功率。
方法：供体门静脉同受体左肾静脉利用“卡夫”管相吻合。可以避免术中受体肝素化而导致血管吻合口渗血。给受体输注供体新鲜血2.5-3 ml.
结果：65例药物诱导糖尿病大鼠行胰十二指肠移植。60例成活超过7天，成功率92.3%，非禁食情况下，血糖浓度均正常。
结论：该模型的技术改进减少许多并发症，大大提高了手术成功率。

Refined Technique for Pancreaticoduodenal Transplantation with Systemic Venous Drainage and Enteric Drainage in the Rat

ABSTRACT
Objective To refine the technique of Lee’s pancreaticoduodenal transplantation in the rat1, to overcome hypovolemic shock, to enhance the success rate.
Methods We reconstructed the venous anastomosis by a “cuff” anastomosis between the donor portal vein and the recipient renal vein. Meanwhile, we injected the recipient 2.5-3 ml fresh blood which was taken form the donor. 
Results Of 65 transplanted rats that were induced diabetes, 60 rats survived over 7 days, the success rate was 92.3%. All success rats were euglycemia. 
Conclusions Our fefined techniques could eliminate most surgical complications, allowing the pancreaticoduodenal transpiantations in the rat with a high degree of success.
