摘要
电子商务，作为21世纪信息时代的产物，已经在全球范围内取得了较大的成功。同时，也有很多种因素，特别是安全问题，阻碍了它的发展，作为商务事务中最重要的环节之一的，基于Internet的在线安全支付，变得尤为重要。如何提供用户在一个并不够安全Internet上进行安全购物，将是个很大的挑战。在本文的研究中，我们讨论的核心就是关于支付方法及其安全问题。
本文首先简述了电子商务及支付系统的概念，分类，基本框架，信息流程及相应的安全技术。经过横向的与现实支付系统，纵向的与支付发展历史的比较，将其分为几大类：在线信用卡支付系统，电子现金系统，电子支票系统，智能卡(IC)系统，小面额的微支付系统等。文中详细介绍了这些常见的支付协议，系统模型，原理及应用，分析其优缺点，存在的安全问题，及可开发环境。本文还结合介绍并分析了国内电子商务发展现状，及中国特色的电子商务状况和符合我国国情的支付系统
在众多的支付协议和方法中，基于信用卡的在线支付是最受欢迎的，它有着支付简便，安全可靠等优点。主要运用的协议则是SSL&SET，由于提供了特有的数据加密，身份认证，及数字签名等安全手段，有效的防止了一些如信息泄漏，截获，伪装，抵赖等安全隐患。还由于其易实现，硬件需求不高，非常适合于中国国情，是我国电子商务支付的主要方式。这将是本文的研究重点，文中还给出了模型及流程分析来进一步分析其原理和实现方式。
最后，本文在结合运用SSL与SET的基础上，提出了一种可行的安全方案，并编程模拟实现了一个完整的电子商务系统，

ABSTRACT
With the development of Internet and the growth of E-Commerce, as one of the key activities of most commercial transactions, the role of secure and economical on-line payment on the Internet will, accordingly become more important. Providing customers with a secure way to buy goods over unsecured networks is a great challenge. In this research, we focus on the E-payment methods and security.
We first introduce the concepts of E-Commerce & E-Payment System, the security requirement of them, the history and the progress.
Comparing the commonality of E-Payment systems and the existing currency payment system, this thesis classified E-Payment systems: On-Line Credit Card Payment; Electronic Cash; Electronic Check; SmartCard(IC); and Micropayments etc.

SET&SSL, the most common used methods now, are promising standard protocols that provide a way for customers to use their payment card over the Internet securely and confidently. The thesis presents the security mechanisms of them, and simulation models are used to make it clear.
At last, it proposes a solution method based on the SET&SSL protocol, and realizes it by developing a virtue E-Commerce system.
