对前庭大腺囊肿两种治疗方法的对比研究

【摘要】目的 寻找理想的方法治疗前庭大腺囊肿、脓肿，采用微波刀行前庭大腺囊肿造口术、脓肿切开引流术，同时设立对照组进行前瞻性的比较研究。方法 将79例病例随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组有40例，用微波刀行前庭大腺囊肿造口术及脓肿切开引流术，术后用探针检测、引流；对照组行39例，采用常规的前庭大腺囊肿及脓肿引切开引流术，脓肿术后局部纱条引流。结果 观察组平均手术时间、术中出血量与对照组有高度显著性差异。将传统造口术、切开引流术的手术方式与微波治疗相结合，具有很大的优势。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo search for a more effective way to treat Bartholin,s gland cysts and abscess, the bistoury with microwave was utilized in treating cysts and abscess , compared with conventional incision and drainage of bartholon,s gland abscess and marsupialization of bartholin,s gland cyst. methods40 patients were operated with microwave and the probe was used to test and drainage local focuses after operating.At the same time,39 patients were treated with conventional incision and drainage of bartholons gland abscess or marsupialization of bartholins gland .And pledget was used to drainage purulence in local focus after operating.ConclusionSurgery with microwave reduced the average healing time 、hemorrhage and healing occurredwithout scar formation.It is several advantages to combine microwave and conventional methods in treating cysts and absecss ofBartholin,s duct gland.
