非小细胞肺癌中细胞粘附分子E-cad和CD44v6表达及临床意义
[摘要] 目的：探讨E-cad，CD44v6与NSCLC的发生及临床病理特征，以及淋巴结转移的关系 方法：采用免疫组化染色法，对40例原发性NSCLC中及20例良性病变中 E-cad，CD44v6表达情况进行检测。结果：E-cad在20例良性病变中表达阳性率为100％，NSCLC中表达阳性率为37.5％。CD44v6在20例良性病变中均为阴性表达，NSCLC中阳性表达率70%。显著性差异(P<0.05)。E-cad阴性表达，CD44v6阳性表达在NSCLC中与性别年龄，与病理组织类型及组织分化程度无关，与TNM分期和淋巴结转移具相关性。 结论：NSCLC中E-cad低表达，CD44v6高表达，提示病情进展，预后不良，可作为判断预后的指标。

Abstract :Objective Study the expressions of E-cadherin and CD44V6 in non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) and their relationship to clinicopathological factors and prognosis.
Methods 40 cases with NSCLC and 20 cases with benign disease were investigated to detect the expressions of E-cadherin and CD44V6 by immunohistochemistry (S-P method) Results 1. In normal lung tissues ，E-cad possitive expression. And CD44v6 negative expression. 2. In NSCLC E-cad negative，CD44v6 possitive expression compare with normal lung tissues significant differecnce (P<0.05)were found.. But has no ralationship with age gender, pathological type, and tumor difference grade. 3. In NSCLC, E-cad CD44v6 expression were associate with TNM stage and lymphnode metastasis.
