上海市社区外来务工人员公共文化教育研究----以上海嘉定区为例

100多年来，社区教育在世界上得到了重视并且得到了比较充分的发展，我国的社区教育受其影响很大，并在20世纪80年代开始得到了迅速的发展。上海市嘉定区对社区外来务工人员的公共教育的启动就是在这样的背景下开始的。
本文主要对上海市嘉定区社区外来务工人员公共教育的现状、管理问题及其对策等问题进行了分析研究。文章首先就社区教育的理论基础及其发展进行探讨，然后主要就嘉定区社区外来务工人员公共教育的现状进行了详尽的分析，并在此基础上提出了嘉定区社区外来务工人员公共教育的管理问题与对策。问题和对策分析大都从宏观着眼，着重就嘉定区开展社区外来务工人员公共教育有待解决的理论问题和现实问题进行了探索，其中借鉴了一些美国社区外来务工人员公共教育的经验。论文既注意嘉定区现实问题的解决，同时也用超前一步的眼光来审视其社区外来务工人员公共教育，并提出相应的对策和思路。本论文的主旨在于通过对嘉定区现状的研究，结合嘉定实际，审视其优势和劣势，构造嘉定区教育服务的立交桥，营建“教育超市”，形成自己的社区外来务工人员公共教育模式，成为“人人皆学之邦”，走嘉定社区外来务工人员公共教育的特色之路。

Abstract
Over the recent 100 years, great importance has been attached to community education that has got a full development in the world. The community education in China has been influenced greatly and has begun to develop rapidly in 1980s. Under such a background, Jiading District of Shanghai takes the start-up ofcommunity education for migrant workers.
This dissertation emphatically studies the present condition, managerial problems and countermeasures of community education for migrant workers in Jiading District of Shanghai. Firstly, the paper discusses theoretical foundations and developments of community education, and then makes an exhaustive analysis of the present conditions in Jiading District. On the above studying basis, the paper，in a microscopically point of view, puts forward to the managerial problems and countermeasures of community education for migrant workers in Jiading 无忧论文 【http://www.uklunwen.com】District. This paper emphatically explores both the theoretical and practical problems of community education for migrant workers, which Jiading District is facing and anxious to resolve. At the same time, this paper makes a reference of the experiences of American community education. This paper not only pays a close attention to the solution of the realistic problems of community education for migrant workers in Jiading District, but also leads a prospective view to examine community education for migrant workers, and at the same time, puts forward to their corresponding countermeasures and ways of thoughts. The gist of this paper is to study the present conditions and to examine the advantages and disadvantages of Jiading District Community Education for migrant workers. According to the practical situation of Jiading, the paper advises Jiading District to construct the "Flyover" of educational service and "educational supermarket", and to form its own community education pattern for migrant workers. Thus it is likely to become a model area in which all citizens love to study.
