信息系统的经济效益评价
摘要：本文对系统、信息系统的概念，系统评价、系统的经济评价以及系统经济评价的意义、作用、方法等作了简要的、系统的介绍。并结合所提到的方法对铁路运输管理信息系统作了简要的经济评价。

ABSTRACT: The study on theory and method of comprehensive evaluating for discussion ,which has the importance meaning of theory and practice as well as challenging. This dissertation meanly deal with research work of two aspects: one is to develop the new model of evaluating arithmetic and the new method of operating evaluation, the other is to evaluating information system projects with the background of the Transportation Management Information System(TMIS).
