摘要
如今，互连网对企业来说已经不再是新鲜的事物了，大多数的企业都已经建立了自己的网站。随着互连网的快速发展，网路已成为人们生活的一部分。电子商务、网路行销已不在只是被炒做的概念，人们对其的认识也在深入。
不仅仅是大企业需要网站来开展电子商务，中小企业一样也迫切需要自己的企业网站用以实现宣传和联系客户等许多传统媒介无法完成的目标。本人这次为上海智威贸易有限公司建立企业网站，从前期的准备和调查到资料的搜集整理，网页的制作，网站的上传经历了一个多月的时间，深刻体会到网站的建设要有系统的理论指导。搭建网站模型需要各方面的资讯，而如何在网页上正确明晰地表达企业的资讯，使企业达到建站的目的，对建设好企业网站是有非常大的意义的。可以说，有正确的建站思路再配合下文所讲的具有普遍性的建站原理才能创造出真正的企业网站，而不是只在技术上苦苦追求完美，堆砌出华丽却没有实际意义的工艺品。
本文分析了我国传统企业上网概况，提出将网路行销分为两类。并从市场行销的角度、从消费者的利益出发，探讨传统企业网站建设的各种带有普遍性的原则及标准。本文将企业网站的建设分为八个方面：一、网站定位,主要强调网站应有明确的建站目的和目标访问群体；二、网站介面，探讨网站建设的艺术；三、网站导航，飙网的指南针；四、网站资讯，网站资讯才是最重要的；五、网站互动，介绍企业如何通过网路与消费者展开富有意义的交流；六、网站推广，重在提高网站的知名度和美誉度；七、网站品质，企业开展网路行销的评估方法；八、网站维护，不断的更新维护是企业网站生命的源泉。在此框架之下，对每一方面的具体标准进行细化，并且理论联系实际,为上海智威贸易有限公司建设了企业网站.
新的技术总是带来新的机遇。企业迫切需要充分利用网路,加速培养自身的学习能力,捕捉市场变化的机遇,积极吸取新知识并制定相应的战略,重组资源,调整自己的行动。这样企业才能应变灵活,不断提高竞争优势。
