摘 要
图像识别与处理的研究已有几十年的历史。最初的文字识别开始,然后逐步发展到识别静止图像和运动图像,接下来是对三维物体的处理和识别。图像识别和处理的应用极为广泛,目前已经深入到国民经济的许多领域。随着计算机科学的发展,图像识别和处理机在理论研究和实际应用中都取得了飞速的发展,目前已经进入了全面应用的新时代。 本文以一个Visual C++项目开发为例,介绍了如何进行数字图像的识别与处理,详细阐述了图像识别与处理的概念、核心、关键技术、实际应用;以及本课题所实现的图像差分处理、中值滤波、二值化、目标投影以及标识目标这五大功能模块。此外还对本课题中使用的Visual C++针对图像处理的应用进行了简单的介绍。 最后在该系统已经实现功能的基础上,本文提出了对该系统的进一步改进的构想。

ABSTRACT
It has been many years for the research of Image Recognition and Processing, at first it’s the words recognition, then it covers the steady-state image and dynamic image, and then the 3-D objects. With the computer science’s development, Image Recognition and Processing developed very fast, and now it’s used in many fields. Taking a Visual C++ project for example, this text discuss the concept、the core、the key technique、the application of Image Recognition and Processing, this task completed five important modules, including image difference operation、the equilibria gray-level histogram、photo two-value、 profile projection algorithm and recognize target. And we also introduce the Visual C++ programs for image processing. At last, after we have completed the application for the project, some improvement methods are included.
