网络拥塞控制策略研究
摘要 本文首先简单的概述了拥塞控制，并说明了其研究意义。然后以拥塞控制机制演化的历史为线索，回顾了IP网络中已有的拥塞控制技术；重点分析了主动队列管理这一热点领域中已有策略和算法，所具有的优点，但算法对静态参数的依赖性较大，没有充分考虑到链路中的活动连接数，因而不能很好地适应网络负载的变化。为此，提出改进算法—FECN，此算法能够有效地降低丢包率，保证网络链路的高利用率。最后介绍了网络仿真器NS2模块及功能，并对NS2的使用方法作了简单的说明。

Title The research of network congestion controlling
Abstract At first, this paper simply introduces the congestion controlling and explained its research meaning. Then combining with evolution of congestion controlling mechanisms, the existed technologies for congestion avoidance and recovery in IP networks are reviewed. All kinds of schemes for active queue management are emphatically analyzed. They have a lot of advantages. But it is found that its effectiveness is highly dependent on its static parameters and has no sufficient consideration about the number of connections；multiplexed over the link，so it can not adapt to the changes of network load effectively．To solve this problem, their improvement algorithm is proposed—FECN, this algorithm can effectively reduce packet loss whi1e maintaining high link utilization under various network conditions．At last, it introduces all the pieces and functions of the network simulator NS2.
