摘要 每个系统、每个课题的研究都有相应的需求背景和技术背景，都需要进行问题定义、可行性分析、系统需求分析、系统设计说明、使用说明、系统评价。本文在这几个方面进行了详细的说明。背景说明部分主要进行需求和技术背景分析，以确定系统开发的必要性和迫切性。问题定义部分确定系统涉及的范围、需要完成的功能、完成功能需要的数据。在系统需求分析部分本文主要进行了任务流、功能需求、数据流、性能、运行的需求分析和数据描述（含数据字典）。任务流部分用流程图标明系统完成功能的流程。功能需求部分详细研究了系统应该完成的功能块和功能细节。数据流部分用数据流程图标明某一功能或操作的数据需求和数据流向。性能需求主要分析了系统对软、硬件的性能的要求和对系统本身的性能要求。运行需求确定了系统运行对环境所作要求和对系统运行所作要求。数据描述主要进行了数据规划：建库、建表、确定类型、数据定义。设计说明书概叙了任务、总体设计、数据结构设计、运行设计、出错处理、安全设计和维护设计。任务概叙部分确定了系统需要完成的总体任务、任务模块和任务细节。总体设计部分规划了功能模块、操作界面和程序接口。运行设计确定了系统的运行流程和步骤，设计了系统的运行状况。安全设计主要研究了非法操作和非法用户的侵入，针对非法操作的健状性和非法用户的安全性确定了系统的安全策略。用户手册介绍系统的操作和环境的安装。最后评价系统的特点，提出改进方案和建议。附录部分是代表性程序和结果。
