1 Introduction

The change curve is used to describe the attitude when an individual faces with great change in his everyday life. The process is described as seven important stages which include shock, denial, turmoil, acceptance, experimentation, making meaning and integration.The Thomas-Kilman Conflict handing Mode Schema is designed to assess an individual’s performance when it confront the conflict situations. Five specific methods on dealing with conflicts are defined using two dimensions (the assertiveness and the cooperativeness), competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding and accommodating. These types of conflict handling are not necessarily mutually exclusive. Handling a conflict can potentially involve using a combination of the features. It is also the case that one type of conflict handling in a second stage can lead to another type.
