SSC management Briefing Report
Background
SSC, a leading international software company and has always taken pride in being compassionate towards its employee and has adopted the philosophy that all employee should lead a balanced life between work and leisure. Jane who is general manager come to SSC from hardware-software, a Melbourne-based company that had a very different culture to SSC and would expect its employees to work long hours, take work home and be in the office at least one day during the weekend, as a result, staff-turn over was quite high, since Jane’s appointment, employees asking for more flexible or if possible, reduced working hours over the next few months, Susan and David has quested a more flexible, reduced workload, what is more, Jane worked for Hardware-software for five years before coming to SSC.
Abstract
The following short briefing report contains an overview of management literature based on research and critical analysis in order to develop solutions to the case study ‘Solutions Software Company’, this paper will focus on company management, mainly working time which is a key to win more clients.
