摘 要
21世纪是飞速发展的信息时代，计算机已经成为人们生活工作必不可缺的一部分。在学校里，监考管理工作繁冗复杂，需要先进的技术支持。计算机已经成为各个领域管理工作的主要工具，利用计算机来管理监考管理信息系统会很大程度的提高效率。本监考管理信息系统根据考场安排，监考人员安排等实际情况来开发和设计的。本系统是利用PowerBuilder 9.0和SQL Sever 2000作为开发工具来实现的。 为了系统数据的安全和完整，用户分级为管理员和一般用户：一般用户只能查询，只有管理员可以对系统进行维护管理，并管理一般用户。系统对监考管理工作中遇到的实际问题进行解决，例如：监考人员的变动和考场的变更等。主要能够实现下列操作：能够按意愿第一原则安排监考，考场安排，信息查询，用户登录记录，密码修改，排序打印，等等。本人负责数据录入、统计打印与系统维护模块。 该系统基本满足监考管理工作，具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract
The 21st century is witnessing the highly development of communication. Computers have played an indispensable role in people’s life and work. At school management fields which require advanced technology, as a result computers have served as a main tool. Computers are used to manage the system of examination, which meets the need of this era. The invigilation management information system is developed and designed based on the real situation of the examination system such as the arrangement of invigilators and places for exams and so on by using PowerBuilder 9.0 and SQL Sever software.
The management information system of invigilation mainly deals with the problems arising in invigilation management for instance the information of the invigilators, places for exams and the leader of invigilators. The system can carry out the following operations: arranging the invigilation under the principle of first will; the arrangement of places; information enquiries; users download records; password changes; print classification; and so on. I am responsible for putting into data; doing statistic and printing and maintenance module of the system. The system can basically meet the need of the management of invigilation. It is of certain practical value.
