摘要 地层测试器是一种重要的测井设备,它的工作性能直接影响钻井的质量、效益以及工作难度等各方面因素,而夹头作为地层测试器的重要零件之一,它的正常工作与否直接影响到整个地层测试器的正常工作,所以,对夹头进行研究具有十分重要的意义。 应用有限元法,采用ANSYS分析软件,从静力学和模态两方面对夹头夹头进行分析。 首先,设计课题介绍了地层测试器,并且系统地阐述了有限元分析法的基本理论,根据课题的需要介绍了ANSYS软件作为重要的有限元分析系统它与设计课题相联系的功能。 其次,在设计课题的理论分析部分先用CAD绘图软件绘制了夹头夹头的平面图和三维立体图,在将三维立体图转换成ANSYS软件的应用模式,对其进行建模并分析,通过静力学分析,得到了夹头夹头的最大应力和最大变形量,对其强度和刚度进行校合,通过模态分析,得到其前十阶固有频率和振型,分析了夹头夹头的振动特性。通过同时根据屈服材料的断裂性能,对夹头进行了简单的断裂分析。

Abstract The formation tester is one of themost important well drilling equipment, its operating performance direct influence well drilling quality、benefit as well as the difficulty of work and so on , and the clamps as one of the most important Formation tester components, its normal work or not directly affects the entire formation tester normal work, therefore, conducts there search to the clamp have the extremely vital significance. Using the method of finite element analysis ,and using ANSYS analysis software to carry on the analysis of clamps the organization form Static and model. First, the design topic introduced the formation tester, and Systematicallyelaborated theory of the finite element analytic method , according to needed of the design topic introduce the ANSYS system the function which relates with the design topic elaborated theory of the finite element analytic method.
