| The international tradition has always been an active subject with mighty vigor in economics. With the speed of Economy-Associated Course in the world increasing step by step, communications about economic problems in each country get more frequent than ever before. As far as a country, which has joined WTO and gets ready to go into the international economic field, is concerned, China, with its government, should make out corresponding productive policy and economic strategy, which results of current international circumstance as we know, especially to bachelors in academic field. At present, we have not enough theoretic knowledge to lead and conduct our research. What we need do, I think, is to try our best to study and absorb the advanced theory in the west countries, so that we can catch up with international economic flows, and adapt to the new conditions.
