Abstract

Enterprise sustainable development problem is a realistic proposition. In this paper, the researcher will combine human resources development with enterprise sustainable development and revealed the mutual relationship between each other. Through the analysis, the researcher can find out that in order to realize enterprise sustainable development, enterprises should enhance the enterprise human resources development at first. Human resource development is the fundamental driving force of enterprise sustainable development.

Facing the challenges in the new century, people have paid more and more attention to the enterprises in China, especially the state-owned enterprises. How to stand steadily in the increasingly fierce market competitions and improve their own competitiveness has become a focus point. The researcher will consider that the weakness of state-owned enterprise human resources development is the serious obstacle of loose management, http://www.51lunwen.com/shuoshikait/2012/0202/lw201202021133101361.html  low competitiveness and lack of innovation. And the researcher will provide several pieces of suggestion as follows: (1) Explore and put forward the new requirements of modern enterprise system towards the enterprise human resources development. (2) Construct enterprise human resources development strategy under the modern enterprise system. (3) Create good external conditions and necessary reforms for enterprise human resources development.
