ABSTRACT
The article begins with one of the transactions on the internet,which stirs up our reflection over the legislation of the commerce on the internet.The article is composed of five parts,including the preface,the call for legislation of commerce by transactionon the internet,the status in quo of the legislation of commerce on the internet in China,the comparison and analysis of the international legislation of commerce on the internet,and the giudeline advices to the legislation of the commerce on the internet in China.
The writer briefly introduces the first three parts,and gives much emphasis to the other two parts.As a matter of fact,it is the premises for the advising to the Chinese legislation of commerce on the internet to compare and analyse the international counterparts.In the article,the writer analyses collectively the international legislation of commerce on the internet, and contrast the legislations of different states,and then summarizes the characters of the legislations of several important states or regions.Following the comparison and analysis,the writer concludes the primary rules of the the legislation of the commerce on the internet,with futher overall ad |
