郑州市职业学校心理健康教育工作现状分析及对策调查

【中文摘要】 本研究主要对郑州市部分职业学校心理健康教育工作现状进行调查。通过对各个职业学校心理健康工作开展现状进行分析，发现职业学校心理健康教育工作存在的问题，提出对策，从而帮助河南省等中部地区的政策制定者和心理健康教育管理者有所借鉴和参考，对一线心理健康教育工作者提供指导和帮助。本研究有四个目的：探讨职业学校心理健康教育工作的管理机制情况；探讨职业学校心理健康教育工作运行机制情况；探讨职业学校心理健康教育工作具体工作状况；探讨急需解决的问题。本研究主要采用结构式访谈和半开放式问卷的方式，辅以文献分析法。职业学校心理健康教育工作的研究主要对河南省教育厅负责职业教育的主管官员、郑州市14所职业学校主管学生工作的副校长以及专兼职教师进行结构式访谈。并对在校学生进行半封闭式问卷调查。通过分析，得出结论：第一，河南省教育厅尽管对职业学校心理健康教育工作已作出要求，但大部分处于很混乱的状态，归属的部门也很乱，没有专职的心理健康教育工作教师，没有规范职业学校心理健康教育工作领导机构设置，在机构名称、人员组成和职能分工方面也不完善。第二，郑州市作为河南省省会，各职业学校的心理健康教育与其他各地市相比，相对好一些。在2004年教育部颁发了《中等职业学校心理健康指导纲要》之后，许多学校职业学校开展了心理健康教育工作，设立了心理健康教育中心(心理咨询室)。与此同时，部分教师积极进行心理健康教育课题的研究。由于河南省对职业学校心理健康教育工作没有制定具体的工作标准，有些学校的德育工作者和班主任就自觉地开展了学生的心理辅导工作。该阶段的特点是没有上级领导部门的行政干预，教师凭热情学习和工作，缺乏系统的培训和指导，工作的科学性不强。通过调查分析，被调查的14所职业学校心理健康教育工作存在以下不足：职业学校心理健康教育工作发展不平衡；管理体制不完善，学校心理健康教育实效性不强；观念上还存在着误区。针对存在问题，本研究提出对策如下：参考高等学校心理健康教育工作评估指标体系，提出符合职业学校特点的心理健康教育工作评估指标体系；完善职业学校心理健康教育的管理体制和运行机制；建立学校心理健康教育组织领导机构；建立促进心理健康教育教师素质与队伍建设的有效机制；更新健康教育观念；重视教师和学生的心理健康教育工作；针对学生特点开展心理健康教育工作。 

【英文摘要】 This research can concentrates on the research of the present situation of the psychological health education in same vocational schools in zhengzhou, Through the analysis of the present situation of the psychological health education of each school, some problems are found and counter-makers and psychological health administrators can use it for reference. It can also give help and guide to those psychological educators.Four purposes for this research: explore the administrative systems: explore the operational mechanism of the psychological health education of the vocational schools; explore the specific present situation of psychological health education in the vocational schools; explore the urgent problems to be solved.Two methods are used in this research: structural interview and semi-open test along with documentary analysis. This research is mainly carried cut among the chief officials of Henan provincial department of education who are responsible for the psychological health education and some vice-presidents of some 14 vocational schools in zhengzhou as well as same teachers. Semi-closed tests are made among the college students. Through the analysis, some conclusions are made:1. Although some requirements are made by the Henan provincial department of education, most are in a chaotic situation with no specialized psychological health teachers. With no formal psychological education leadership organizations with no perfect organization names and no perfect staff distribution.2. As the capital of Henan province compared with some other vocational schools in other vocational schools in other cities, the situation of psychological education of the vocational schools in zhengzhou is much better.
