本书从全球电子政务发展的高度,总结和介绍了电子政务的一般理论,同时立足中国国情,重点探讨如何推进我国电子政务建设问题.其中,既有从定量和定性两方面对我国电子政务发展现状和存在问题的分析,也有针对我国电子政务存在的紧迫问题提出了意见。

Abstract:
The dissertation is introducing the theory and development of E-government throughout the globe.And it gives and discusses the problems of the E- government during the destruction of E- government from two aspacts,especially in our courtry.In the same time ,it analyzes the situation of the E- government.So ,the suggestion is shown to the urgent existent question in our courtry.
