摘 要
近年来，随着中国电力工业的发展，以及计算机、通讯等技术的不断进步，变电站综合自动化系统迈入了实用化的阶段。它是应用计算机与网络通讯技术，将站内间隔层设备（包括智能继电保护单元及自动装置、测控、直流系统等）以互联的方式与主机实现数据交换与处理，从而构成一种服务于电网安全与监测控制，全数字化和可操作性强的综合自动控制系统。因而它作为提高电能产品质量的技术手段之一，直接保证电力生产向着高质量、高效益方向发展。
基于对变电站综合自动化系统的认识，本文参照了国内一些变电站自动化系统的结构形式，吸取了其中的一些优点，对山东晨鸣纸业集团工程中的35kV变电站系统进行了设计。同时以此为实例，说明了变电站综合自动化系统在配电自动化领域的应用。
本文首先介绍了变电站综合自动化系统，根据客户提出的设计要求，论证了系统结构的选型。然后，详细介绍了系统的二次侧的设计, 包括高压侧和低压侧二次原理图。最后，着重说明了用INT－SCADA软件对后台监控系统的设计和组建。

ABSTRACT
As the development of the power industry in China this years, and the continuous advancement of the technology of computer and communication, transformer substation synthesis automation system has come into an availability period. By use of the computer and network communication technology, the interval units, such as brainpower relay protection units and its automatical devices、measure-and-control system and DC system, have been made process and exchange data with the major computer, by way of interconnection. Therefore, a full-digital and maneuverability synthesis automation system, which is used for security and supervisory of power-supply circuit. So, on the base of comprehension the transformer substation synthesis automation and analysis the structure of some domestic substation systems, the design of the 35kV transformer substation synthesis automation system for Shandong Chenming Paper Co.,Ltd. has been completed in this article. Meanwhile, taking this for example, the article introduced the application of transformer substation synthesis automation.
Firstlt, introduced the transformer substation synthesis automation system，and demonstrated how to choose the structure of the system based on the client’s request. Secondly, particularly described the design of the secondary side, including the secondary side principle pictures of high-tension and low-tension. Finally, detailedly explained the design and construction of the background supervisory system by INT-SCADA.
