1.0 Summary of recommendations
Nowadays, there is a thriving in the global real estate industry. Reports of increases in the price of real estate make front page news (Bradford Case, John M. Quigley,1991).  Associated with artificially high housing price is a wide range of inflation problem. This problem also happens in the Manchester area. House is the largest single asset of most households (Kostas Tsatsaronis, Haibin Zhu,2004) and so as the business building investment. Participants in real estate markets often have incomplete information about the attributes of the purchase, and decisions to buy and sell must often be made based on this partial knowledge (Daniel C.Quan, John M. Quigley,1991). Stephen A. Ross has wrote a paper to explain the investment in real estate is better than in stocks and bonds, it has more returns and less risk.
