有关道德风险在不同市场中的要素分析及应对
摘要：
道德风险的出现曾在马克.保利1968年的论文中解释为”一种理性的经济行为”.这种说法在没有进一步施加限制的情况下,作为个人最大化自身利益的选择我们是认可的.但往往只要有合理的激励机制的存在,就有可能出现这样一种情况:个人此时选择不实施道德风险反而是理性的.在文中我们将在两种假设的情况下来讨论这种机制的均衡解存在的条件.在这个过程中,还将涉及到各个主体的行为和道德风险成本的概念.其中各个主体的行为在医疗保险这个有着三方当事人的体系中有着重要的研究价值.同时,影响道德风险成本的各个要素的分析也会对制定合理的激励机制有帮助……

Abstract
Moral hazard was once explained as “a rational action” in the Mark. Pauly’ papers in 1968.We accept this conception when there are no further constrains and then the moral hazard action is the best action to maximize the individual’s utility. But if there is an incentive mechanism, the individual maybe had to give up the moral hazard action to maximize the individual’s utility. We will discuss the condition of the existent of equilibrium solution in this paper. And the conception of moral hazard cost will be also conferred in this progress.
