摘    要

21世纪上半叶是中华民族走向繁荣昌盛实现和平崛起的重要历史时期，是中国实现从大国向强国转变的关键阶段。美国作为世界上唯一的超级大国，对于中国的历史进程有着重要的影响力。中美贸易是中美关系的重要一环，也是中国最重要的贸易关系之一，中美贸易对于中国经济社会发展有着极为重要的影响力。但是由于诸多原因，中美贸易存在着严重的不平衡现象，影响着中美贸易的健康发展，甚至影响着两国的外交关系，所以有必要对中美贸易不平衡现象进行深入地研究和分析，找出贸易不平衡的原因，并提出切实有效的解决办法。  
 本文对中美贸易平衡这样一个复杂的问题进行了分析，从现象入手，直到内部的真正成因，分析了贸易不平衡这一经济问题存在的客观必然性并提出了相应的解决问题的对策建议。

ABSTRACT

The former part of 2lcentury is the very important historic era for Chinese nation to realize prosperity and peaceful rise, and it is also the key epoch for China to change from a big country to a powerful one. As the only super power, US own very important influence on Chinese historic course. Chinese and American trade is the important link of China and US relationship, and it's also one of the most important trade relations of China. Chinese and America trade has big impact for development of China's economy and the whole society. However, for some reasons, there is serious trade imbalance between China and US which harmed healthy development of trade relation, even harmed China and US foreign relationship. It is very necessary for us to investigate deeply, to find out the reason and to table a proposal.
