摘  要

本次毕业设计的选题为湖北邮电学院校医院设计，建筑总面积约4000㎡，共5层，考虑各方面综合因素，采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，楼、屋盖均采用现浇钢筋混凝土肋型楼盖，基础采用柱下钢筋混凝土扩展基础。
根据建筑结构的设计要求，本次设计要解决的根本问题是在结构的可靠和经济之间选择一种最佳的平衡，使由最经济的途径建成的结构能以适当的可靠度满足各种预定的功能要求。
本次设计严格按照相关的结构设计规范，并考虑现场的场地条件和地质资料，从概念设计、计算设计和构造要求来保证结构的安全性、适用性和耐久性。在建筑设计中，分别考虑了抗震要求、防火要求、建筑的功能要求等，从而确定了比较合适的建筑方案。根据医院设计规范和其它相关标准，设置了无障碍通行、两部电梯及两部平行双跑楼梯。
本次毕业设计主要包括计算书、建筑设计图、结构施工图。

Abstract

The graduation design theme is “Design of School Hospital of Hubei College of Posts and Telecommunications”, and the total construction area is about 4,000 ㎡, total five layers.Considering comprehensive factors,this design adopt s cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure,both building and roof adopts cast-in-place reinforced concrete ribs, and the foundation adopts reinforced concrete expanding basis under column.
According to the design requirements of building structure, the fundamental problem the design is solving is to find an optimum balance between the reliability and economy , making the structure designed in the most economical way can satisfy of the various reserved functional requirements of with  proper reliability.
In addition to the related structure design codes,the design considers the site conditions and geological material as well,from conceptual design,calculation of design and construction requirements to guarantee the safety,applicability and structure durability. In architecture design,respectively considering the requirement of fire.seismic requirement, architectural functions requirement and so on,and then determine more appropriate construction scheme.According to hospital design specification and other related standards,obstacle-free passage,two elevators and two parallel double ran upstairs is set up.
The graduation design includes calculations,architecture design and struction construction drawings.
