谈公安院校图书馆在个性化知识服务中的作用
摘要：在知识经济时代，公安院校图书馆应跟上社会信息化发展的步伐，抓住和利用互联网普及后网络信息空间无限扩大的机遇和条件，进一步扩展、转变自己的服务职能，针对用户的特点提供个性化的服务，将公安、法律等数字图书馆的专业信息资源和学科馆员的专业化服务按不同层次、不同类别提供给读者，从而有效地提高知识服务的效率。本文从知识服务与信息服务的区别、公安院校图书馆开展知识服务必要性、公安院校图书馆个性化定制服务模式、公安院校图书馆在个性化知识服务中应采取的对策等角度，阐述了公安院校图书馆在个性化知识服务中的作用，提出公安院校图书馆要形成自己的知识产品，向广大读者提供中、高层次的知识服务的观点。

The function of the police college library in the characterized knowledge service
Abstract: When the knowledge-based economy comes, the police college library should adapt its information cyberspace's conditions, further extend and change its own service function, provide the characterized service aimed at the users' distinctions. That will be conductive to offering the related readers not only the professional information resources such as the public security, law and so on in the digital library, but also the professionalized service given by disciplinary librarians. Therefore the efficiency of knowledge service can be promoted effectively. This paper tells the differences between the knowledge service and the information service, discusses the necessity of offering the knowledge service and introduces the characterized fixed service mode in the public security college library, suggests the counterplan adopted by the police college library. Based on the above, the article expounds the function of the police college library in the characterized knowledge service.
