摘要
随着经济全球化和经济一体化进程的加快，市场竞争呈现出许多新的特点:消费者需求更加个性化、差异化；产品品种数飞速膨胀；对交货期的要求越来越高；顾客需求的不确定性增大。这些因素导致“市场扰动性”增强。传统的生产模式难以适应这一变化的要求，许多行业从大规模生产转向大规模定制生产。21世纪的市场竞争，将不仅仅是单个企业之间的竞争，而是企业供应链之间的竞争。企业要在竞争中取胜，必须加强与供应链上的所有供应商、制造商企业及其批发商的联盟，实现供应链上所有环节的最优化，提高整个供应链的竞争力。
同时，科学技术和生产力的发展使电子制造业的产业结构发生了很大的变化。人力成本方面的优势已经使我国成为承接电子制造业外包服务的主要国家，因此我国的电子制造业供应链的结构也有了新的特点。本文以惠亚公司为例，针对我国电子制造企业供应链的特点，提出了电子制造企业供应链优化模式。首先，本文回顾了供应链管理以及EMS行业在中国的发展，阐述了在外包模式下产生的电子制造业供应链的结构和特点；其次，在理论回顾的基础上，本文对案例公司--惠亚公司的供应连管理现状进行了分析，试图找出其现存的问题；再次，针对上述问题，结合供应连以及电子生产企业的相关理论，本文分别从采购、内部产品生产和外包业务三个方面提出了惠亚公司供应链优化的建议。
本课题的研究充实了电子制造企业的行业应用理论，为我国其他电子企业开展大规模制造下的信息化建设提供了有益的借鉴。同时，本文提出的供应链优化策略提高了电子制造企业的工作效率、缩短了订单的响应时间，促进了企业的集约化管理、协同化设计和集成化制造，具有一定的实用价值。。

ABSTRACT
Lots of new characteristics about market competition are presented along with the acceleration of economy globalization and integration, that is, increasing individuation, difference, and uncertainty of customer requirement, rapid expansion of product variety, and stricter request for delivery time. All these factors lead to the aggravation of “market disturbance”. The traditional production, which could not adapt these changes any more, is replaced by Mass Customization (MC) in many industries. This thesis uses Via Company to do the case study so as to find out optimized model of supply chain in electronic manufacturing companies in China on the basis of their specific characteristics. By carrying out Supply Chain Management, which emphasizes on the cooperation between the trade companions, the enterprise can supply customers with the products or service of less cost and more value. So recently Supply Chain Management becomes more and more popular in international enterprise management.
With the development of technology and productivity, the structure of the electronic industry has changed. Advantage of human resource has made China become one of the major countries to take the out-souring task of electronic manufacture in the world therefore there are some new traits in supply chain of Chinese electronic manufacture. The thesis firstly reviews theories on supply chain management and the status quo of EMS in China. Secondly, the thesis analyses supply chain management in the case company - VIA, in an effort to find out the problems. Thirdly, suggestions for optimizing supply chain in VIA are offered from the perspectives of purchasing, production and outsourcing.
This study hopes to help with the application of theories in electronic manufacturing enterprises by improve its working efficiency，decrease responds time of customers order, and even to highly promote its agility. Meanwhile, the study also offers some useful suggestions for the informatization of other electronic enterprises towards the mass manufacturing trend.
