绿色物流评价体系——绿色物流评价方法
摘要
绿色物流是当今经济可持续发展的一个重要组成部分，目前在一些发达国家(如日本)刚刚兴起。21世纪人类面临人口高速膨胀、环境严重恶化、资源严重短缺的三大危机，因此绿色物流将备受关注。绿色物流从环境的角度出发，主张对物流体系进行改进，以形成环境共生型的物流管理体系。
随着越来越多的企业正在改变传统的物流体制，向物流与供应链管理一体的方向发展以及可持续发展战略成为经济发展的必然选择，企业必须根据自身的经营特点，制定绿色物流发展战略和策略，这是企业针对日益增强的竞争压力对传统经营模式的一种有益的响应，也是企业谋求长远发展的重大课题。本文就是在这种大环境下进行的。
本文首先介绍了目前制造企业在发展过程中存在的问题以及产生这种状况的原因，指出发展绿色生产是企业在今后的发展方向；介绍了绿色物流理论的发展过程，在分析制作企业特点的基础上提出了制造企业生产物流的绿色度评价体系。利用系统工程的思想，建立了数学模型，综合运用模糊数学、物元模型以及层次分析法(AHP)进行评价。最终的评价结果体现了制造业生产物流出了什么水平，以及导致这种评价结果出现的原因。本文从对物流系统所表现出来的环境性能、资源性能、经济性能和技术性能四个方面进行了评价和分析，充分体现了企业经济与环境保护的协调发展，为企业可持续发展提供了明确指导方向，具有较强的实用性。

Abstract
Green logistics is an important part of economic continuous development and rises in developed countries (such as Japan) at present. People faces three crisis of population swelling rapidly, environment deteriorating badly and resources short severity in一 21" century, so green logistics will be extraordinary concerned. Green logistics protests improve the logistics system and forms the logistics management system of environmental symbiotic type.
With more and more corporations translate their tradition system to the direction of logistics and supply chain and the continuous development tactic is the necessary choose to economic development, the corporation must set down the tactic and strategy of green logistics according to their management characteristic, which is the profitable answer to the position that the increasing compete pressure to the t无忧论文 【http://www.uklunwen.com】raditional management, and it is the bigness topic of corporation trying for long-term development. This paper is written under this environment.
This paper introduces the problems of development course of manufacturing enterprises at preset, and analyses the reasons that resulted in those problems, and points to that developing the green production is the new direction in the future. This article also dwells on green logistics theory, and a new system of production logistics green degree is established, which is base on characters of manufacturing enterprises. Utilizes the thought of system engineering, builds the mathematics models, and evaluates companies by fuzzy comprehensive judgment, matter element model and AHP. The final evaluation outcome incarnates what level enterprise' production logistics is in and the reasons resulted in this outcome. The paper evaluates and analyses the four aspects of environmental, resources, economic and technology capacity, and incarnates the enterprise and environmental protection harmonious development, and affords the direction for the enterprise continuous development.
