ERP系统物流技术的优化与实现
摘 要
随着物流业的不断发展，对企业而言，物流管理技术的进步与优化越来越重要。通过对我国企业ERP物流管理的现状的分析，以及国内外ERP物流应用与有研究情况的探讨，介绍了ERP系统、ERP系统的功能、ERP系统的物流管理思想，并对ERP物流管理技术的采购、制造、分销等物流环节做出了详细的阐述。在此基础上，指出了ERP物流管理的特点以及ERP物流管理重要的现实意义。从对各构成模块的功能的详细分析，对ERP物流管理的总体结构做了重点论述。
并且，针对我国物流管理低效等问题，提出了基于遗传算法的物流管理思想。对遗传算法的来源、遗传算法的特点、遗传算法在处理物流等问题上的优越性，以及遗传算法的应用情况做了介绍，具体从遗传算法术语、遗传算法参数、遗传算法基本流程，目标函数以及适应函数的建立，编码方法，遗传算法的几种操作上分析了遗传算法的基本流程和算法。同时，对采购、分销、制造物流管理提出了基于遗传算法的优化，重点论述了采购物流、分销物流以及制造物流的建模、模型求解，在算法和程序上对ERP系统的物流管理优化予以了实现。

Abstract
With the development of logistics, the optimization of logistics management technique becomes more and more important to the enterprises. By analyzing the current situation of ERP logistics management and that of abroad, the ERP and the function of ERP are introduced. At the same time, the procurement, manufacture and distribution under ERP system are elaborated. Then, the characteristics and significances of ERP logistics management are indicated. Besides, the gross structure is given.
Furthermore, we put forward logistics management based on GA (Genetic Algorithm). The characteristics are talked about first. The application, basic procedure and algorithm of GA are presented later. Then the optimization to procurement, manufacture and distribution is proposed. And we pay more attention to the model building and solving.
