摘 要
随着企业信息化建设的兴起与不断发展，各种信息管理系统的逐步应用，为了更好的适应市场，获取更多的经营利润，众多企业都在通过各种不同方式努力提高自身的物流管理效率。这也给物流管理的优化与实现提供了客观环境，并也对物流管理技术提出了新的要求。物流是企业基于ERP管理的首要问题，ERP的合理运用有助于物流企业实现物流管理的便捷化、合理化、现代化。
通过对我国企业ERP物流管理的现状的分析，以及国内外ERP物流应用与研究情况的探讨，介绍了ERP系统、ERP系统的功能、ERP系统的物流管理思想，给出了企业ERP物流管理的总体结构，详细阐述了ERP物流管理技术的采购、库存、销售物流的实现与技术。
并且，通过与我国传统物流管理的对比，提出了ERP下物流的实现技术，并对ERP系统的采购、销售和库存物流管理的实现技术做了详细的论述。

Abstract
With the rise and development of Enterprise informatization, and application of all kinds of information management systems, enterprises are trying to improve the logistics management efficiency in order to get more profits, which provide the environment to realize and optimize the logistics management. Logistics is the principal problem to ERP management. And, the rational use of ERP can make logistics much convenient, reasonable and modern.  
By analyzing the current situation of ERP logistics management and that of abroad, the ERP and the function of ERP are introduced. At the same time, the procurement, manufacture and distribution under ERP system are elaborated. Then, the characteristics and significances of ERP logistics management are indicated. Besides, the gross structure is given.
