2.1 Research Strategy
The research methods used in this thesis are interviews for managers and surveys for staff. The focus of research is not only to describe but also to analyze: it seeks to look at the why of events not just the what (Tuckman, 1988).
2.2 Primary Research
The primary research includes interview and surveys.
2.2 Secondary Research
Secondary data of this research are collected in the library. Besides a most common source of the Internet access, the library holds a huge numbers of publications on this area. Also, many useful electronic databases can be accessed, in which plenty data, graphics, analysis and updated news are provided.
