工商管理硕士(MBA) 大连M有限公司(跨文化管理案例) 孙 骁 林 内容摘要:随着世界经济的一体化和区域性贸易联盟的不断深入,企业经营的国际化已成为必然。但跨国经营企业的管理者们在异国他乡面临着众多的挑战,如不同的法律——政治环境、经济环境和文化背景等。在不同的文化背景下,不同的社会文化习俗、信仰传统、市场状况、技术水平、人力和自然资源等,为跨国经营企业创造了丰富的市场机会、带来了丰厚的利润回报。但同时,来自不同文化背景的人们由于价值观念、思维方式、习惯作风的不同而产生的文化冲突,又是一些跨国经营企业经营与管理失败的根本原因之一。文化差异对管理和组织行为产生的重大影响,越来越引起跨国经营企业管理者们的注意和重视。 该案例通过对日本独资企业——M商社大连有限公司的一个真实管理情境的描述,讲述了在不同文化背景的熏陶下,由于管理思想与管理方式的差异而引起的冲突。

(A Case) Sun Xiaolin Abstract: With the globalization of world economy and regional business alliance, it’s evident that the enterprises should participate and run in the international market. But the managers of those transnational enterprises will be challenged not only by the market and also by the different law-political, economic and cultural environment when they run their business abroad. Under different culture, different cultural habits, market, technology and human resources will bring about big market potential and merit rewards to transnational enterprises, but different value concept, mode of thinking and custom habits will also lead to cultural conflict. This is also one of the main reason why management and administration of transnational enterprises’ overseas subsidiary and joint-venture go to failure and bankrupt.
