彩色多普勒超声诊断小腿静脉血栓形成的研究
目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断小腿静脉血栓的临价值。方法：798例临床怀疑下肢静脉血栓患者接受彩色多普勒检查。结果：超声诊断小腿静脉血栓280例（35%），小腿静脉血栓发生于单侧肢体者明显多于同时发生于双侧肢体者。两侧小腿血栓分布部位的次序都是腓静脉（26%）>肌间静脉（21%）>胫后静脉（19%）。存在血栓的静脉管径与正常对照组有显著性差异，。结论：彩色多普勒超声可用于检测小腿静脉血栓，可以了解小腿静脉血栓的好发部位以及分布。

The research of diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis in Calf with Color

Purpose: to evaluate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound in
the deep venous thrombosis of calf.Methods : We examined 798 cases who
had doubtful deep venous thrombosis by color doppler ultrasound . Results :
280 cases had a thrombus isolated to the calf (35%). The incidence of
thrombosis in calf vein in one leg is more than that in both legs .The
order of distribution of thrombosis in calf vein is peroneal vein （26%）>
muscular vein （21%）>posterior tibial vein （19%）.There is siginificiant
difference in the diameter between the veins with thrombosis and normal
.Conclusion :Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to detect the thrombosis
in calf vein and to know the distribution of thrombosis in calf vein .
