Involvement plays an important role in Brand loyalty research.
Involvement may be subdivided into Product involvement, advertisement
involvement and Purchase Decision involvement. The definition
of Product involvement comes from the individual cognitive,
means the degree of attention the customer paid to the product.
The advertisement involvement means the cognitive complexity
of the customer when they have access to the advertisement.
Purchase Decision involvement means the attention that the
customers pay on the purchase process, including the individual
attention degree on the Purchase Decision and the personal
value indicated from the choice of the product.
