Probe into Obstacle of Psychology in Network to Academician and the Measurements

网络是把“双刃剑”,它在给青年大学生的学习、生活、交往带来极大的便利的同时,也带来了一系列的心理障碍,主要有信息孤独症、网络依赖综合症、网恋综合症、人际关系冷漠、自我迷失等,本文对此进行了分析、探讨,并提出了相应对策。
为了解高校上网大学生病理性互联网使用(PIU)的患病率及其影响因素,也为预防和控制大学生PIU的发生提供理论依据。本研究采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,从浙大高校中随机抽取20个班级,对所选班级的上网大学生进行现场无记名问卷调查。
648名浙江大学学生参加本研究 ,其中男生 405名 ,女生 243名。使用卡特尔十六种人格因素测验 ( 16PF) ,网络成瘾诊断问卷、网络使用情况调查表 ,对所有被试进行测试。结果 :大学生上网人群中网络成瘾者占12.22%。大学生网络成瘾者在 16PF的乐群性(A)、聪慧性(B)、稳定性(C)、恃强性(E)、有恒性(G)、敢为性(H)、怀疑性(L)、忧虑性(O)、自律性(Q3)、紧张性(Q4)与非成瘾者有显著差异。
飞速发展的互联网深受高校学生的喜爱和迷恋,同时,也给大学生带来了诸多不可忽视的负面影响。从大学生的学业、人际关系、身心健康、情绪情感等问题上出现的负作用,分析了大学生迷恋网络出现网络心理障碍的心理动态,并提出了培养大学生网民良好心理素质的方法和途径,如提高学校思想政治工作队伍的素质和水平;加强学校网络监控和管理;增强校园网络的教育功能;开展网络心理教育与咨询等,对高校引导学生进行健康成长的人格教育具有现实意义。
网络技术的高度发展为人们的生活、学习和工作带来了方便,但也导致一些用户无节制地使用网络,影响其生活、学习和工作,损害其身心健康。“网络成瘾”与网络心理障碍日益成为国内外心理学家研究的重点之一。大学生作为网络使用的主要群体,他们的心理行为发展己经深深地打上了网络的烙印。本研究旨在探讨网络时代背景下大学生网络使用、网络心理障碍与心理健康之间的关系,以期能为病理性互联网使用预防与干预提供必要的心理学依据。

ABSTARCT
Network has two-sides effects. On one hand, it brings infinite advantage to academician's study, life and intercourse; on the other hand, it also brings to a series of mental obstruction, such as information autism, network dependence syndrome, network amativeness syndrome, apathy to intercommunion, self maze and so on. To study the prevalence and the influenced factors of the pathological internet use(PIU), and to provide theoretical basis for PIU prevention and control. An anonymous questionnaire was conducted on 648 internet users, who were cluster stratified sampled from 20 classes in Changsha colleges.

Six hundred and fourty-eight college students were tested by Internet Usage Inventory, IAD Scale and 16PF Results: 12.22% subjects can be defined for the majority of students.There was significant difference existed in factor A,B,C, E,G,H,L,O,Q3,and Q4 of 16PF between IAD and non-IAD group.
The fast developed internet is very so popular on college campus,while it causes many problems in learning,interpersonal relationship,emotion, mental and physical health etc.This paper analyzes the psychological motivation of college students' internet infatuation on the basis of the negative aspects of the problems,and puts forward some measure of cultivating the internet students' good psychological quality,eg,to improve the quality and level of the politics and mental troops,to strengthen the supervision of the college campus.
