【摘要】：正2011年1月14日至23日,笔者一行四人对澳大利亚、新西兰进行考察访问。10天时间对两国的政府体制架构、行政运转机制及社会福利政策与实施、社区服务、社会工作等内容进行深入的考察与学习。通过考察学习,考察团成员开阔了视野,而且感触良多,获益颇丰。一、澳大利亚福利政策
