摘 要
本系统是采用Delphi作为前台开发工具，SQL Server作为后台数据库平台的基于C/S的三层模式的管理系统。
企业人力资源管理工作是目前企业各项工作中的重点工作之一，如何能科学有效的开展好人事工作，是当前企业普遍关心的问题。因此，实现企业人事工作的信息化管理有着十分重要的实践意义。
一个好的人力资源管理系统解决办法能协助自动化，允许人力资源和专业薪资实现流线型进程，提供服务给雇员，并且有前摄性和战略性。这样一个应用能使组织：
流线型和自动化循环进程
处理繁重的事务更加有效
管理复杂的工资
改变企业繁复度
